Anti-Bullying Posters and Bookmarks
The posters and bookmarks that were recently released have been a success. Posters are located around Orange. They can be found at the local schools as well as the library. Posters have even made their way to schools in Deerfield and South Hadly.
Out Of The Darkness
In October, a local Orange resident will be walking in the Out Of The Darkness Community Walks. Brenda will be walking in memory of her brother. PJWC has donated to Brenda in her venture to bring awareness to the cause.
Out Of The Darkness is a community walk for suicide prevention. The money raised will be used for a few different things. One is for more research into suicide and education on the topic. Another way the money will be used it to help out families and individuals who are dealing with mental illness and those that have been impacted by suicide.
